The Haven

The Haven provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 adults. The accommodation is available all year round and has electric heating. There are roof solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point. The Haven has an Energy Performance (EPC) rating of 'A'. There is a parking space outdoors for 2 cars. The property has broadband connection and there is a landline telephone. The accommodation comprises:

Conservatory Lounge (Garden Room) seating 6 people with views across to Porthcurno beach. Equipment includes

• Television
• CD Radio
• 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee, armchair

Outdoor Terrace equipped with

• dining table, 6 chairs and Parasol
• outdoor settee and chairs
• Automatic Solar power lights. The front light is switch operated from the Porch

Dining Room

• table and chairs for 6
• child dining chair booster seat
• baby/toddler highchair
• USB charging points are provided in the base of the side lamps
• Sideboard containing:
  • crockery and glassware suitable for outdoor dining (to avoid breakages!)
  • a hairdryer located in the left-hand drawer.

Kitchen with

• cooker
• induction hob
• microwave
• fridge
• freezer
• dishwasher
• washing machine
• kettle
• toaster

There are 3 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 - double bed en-suite with shower, toilet and hand basin
• Bedroom 2 - twin beds
• Bedroom 3 - single bed

There are extra blankets in the blanket chest in bedroom 2. "Seat cushions" are in the cupboard to the right of the fireplace in the dining room. These may be used by guests attending the Minack Theatre or for outside use on the terrace or in the garden.

There is an Iron, an Ironing Board and Clothes Driers. There is an outdoor rotary washing line.

Bathroom equipped with bath and shower, toilet, and hand basin. There is a child stool, toilet seat and potty.
